摘要
用作者研制的铑 -钌双金属配位化合物催化剂 (BMSC)对丁腈橡胶溶液进行均相加氢 .采用正交设计方法 ,考察温度、压力、催化剂用量和反应时间对加氢度的影响 ,并用极差分析方法对正交试验结果进行分析 ,得到了最佳的加氢工艺参数 .在反应温度为 145℃、氢气压力 1.2MPa、反应 4h的条件下 ,催化剂用量为NBR胶重的 0 .2 5 % ,产物加氢度可达 98%以上 .
The selective hydrogenation of the C=C bonds in acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), using a new Rh-Ru based bimetallic single ligand catalyst (BMSC), was examined. Gel free products with a high degree of hydrogenation were obtained, indicating a degree of activity and selectivity equal to RhCl (PPh3)3 for this new less expensive catalyst. The concentration of NBR solution and the amount of the second-ligand L2 could affect the degree of hydrogenation. It was found that 7.0 ×10-2 g · ml-1 NBR solution and 1.5% second-ligant L2 based on the amount of NBR were appropriate. An experimental design to study the effect of temperature, hydrogen pressure, catalyst concentration and reaction time on the degree of hydrogenation was developed and subsequently carried out. The resulting optimum technological parameters were defined. When the catalyst concentration was 0.25%, temperature 145 °C, hydrogen pressure 1.2 MPa, reaction time 4 h, the degree of hydrogenation reached over 98%.
