The TDC3000 distributed control system of the Honeywell has been used in automatic controlling production process of the 300000 ton/year ammonia and 520000ton/year urea plants. On the auto control design it has been adopted the special anti interference measures. Discovering and solving problems in installation process are introduced. This article would be as the reference with auto control design and installation of the large or medium sized petrochemical plants.
