摘要
聚丙烯具有较高的电阻率 ,一般被作为绝缘材料使用 ,但为了改善其抗静电性和电磁波屏蔽功能 ,需降低其电阻率。文章研究了在聚丙烯中添加不同配比的导电微细粉末对其电阻率、熔点、熔体流动速率、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等性能的影响。
Polypropylene (PP),with high volume resistivity ( R v ) is mainly used as insulating materials.In order to improve its antistatic and electromagnetic shielding properties,the R v must be lowered.In this paper,influences of filling tiny conductive powder into PP with various ratio on the R v ,MFR,Tm,tensile strength and elongation at break are studied.
