摘要
通过对炼化部T 3 0 3球罐人孔法兰失效造成泄漏现象进行分析、计算和论证 ,找出法兰失效的原因 ,提出相应的修改措施进行修复。
The author of this paper thoroughly analyzed the leakage lead to by the manhole flange failure of T 303 spherical tank and made some calculations as well As a result,she found out the causes of the failure of the flange and put forward a series of corresponding measures for revamping
