低压法聚乙烯装置中脱挥净化氮气的用量分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用亨利定律预测了烃类气体在某一牌号聚乙烯中的溶解度,并由此计算了不同装置的净化氮气的用量。在确定这一方法的可靠性之后,考察了净化氮气的用量与树脂温度、脱气仓操作压力及净化氮气温度之间的关系。从而确定了脱气仓操作压力应接近常压,树脂温度应尽量接近反应温度。 The solubility of hydrocarbon gas in some brand of polyethylene is calculated by Henry' s law to give nitrogen flow from purging bin in PE plant of different scale. After the reliability of the calculation method is proven, the relationship between purging nitrogen flow and temperature of resin, operation pressure of purging bin, temperature of nitrogen is evaluated to yield the results that the operation pressure of purging bin must be close to atmospheric pressure, resin' s temperature must approach reaction temperature.
