摘要 新型火筒式加热炉采用国内外先进的烟气三回程结构 ,突破了国内油田传统的U型火筒式加热炉结构模式 ,彻底解决了U型火筒式加热炉上解决不了的传热系数小、热效率低、单位热负荷耗钢量大的三大难题 ,为油田火筒式加热炉的设计提供了一种崭新的设计思想。新型火筒式加热炉技术先进、运行安全可靠、烟气排放符合环保要求。 New type fire catridge heater adopted the flue gas three backward pass structure that is advanced at home and abroad,and breaked through the structure mode of traditional U shape fire catridge heater in oil field at home and abroad.The three difficult problems of small heat tramsfer coefficient,low heat efficiency and large steel consume per unit heat load etc,are solved through,that difficult problems could not be solved at traditional U shape fire catridge heater.A new design thought is given for oil field fire catridge heater.The new type fire catridge heater has the features of advanced technology,safe and reliable operation and the discharge flue gas being conformed to the requirement of environmental protection.Every technical target of that heater has been reached the leading level in domestic oil firld,and has the extended value.
