摘要
为使波节管换热器在石化企业推广应用 ,利用实际型实验装置对 4种不同几何尺寸波节管的换热和阻力特性进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,波节的存在增加了对流体流动的扰动 ,提高了波节管的换热能力 ;波节管的换热能力随波节长度与波深比值的减小而增加。在低雷诺数下 ,波节管的换热系数与阻力性能比明显好于光管 ;在高雷诺数下 ,两者的换热系数与阻力性能比非常接近。在低雷诺数 (Re <30 0 0 )和高雷诺数 (Re >70 0 0 )时 。
In order to protnod the application of the heat exchanger with cormgated tobes , the heat'transfer performances and resistance propenies of the flow in four types of comigated tubes were experimentaly studied on a practical-pattem expe riment unit. It was found that the special shape of the corrugated tube increase d the stir of the flow. Therefore, the heat transfer is enhanced. It was also in dicated that lower ratio of the knots length to the corrugation depth lead to be tter heat transfer perfonnances. Higher heat transfer efficiency and lower resis tance can be obtained at low Reynolds numbers.While as for higher Reynolds numbe r ,the corrugated tube has the same K/△ p with the bare tube. Satisfactory comprehensive performance of the corrugated tube can be obtained at Reynolds number lower than 3000 or higher than 7000.
