摘要
以JJ30 0 / 4 3—A形井架为例 ,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS5 4对井架进行了模态、瞬态动力、稳定性等分析。在建模时 ,省略掉了人字架、井架各段销子连接处 ,没有考虑排满立根等情况 ;通过模态分析得出 ,井架结构前 3阶振型以侧向和前后振动为主 ,第 1、 2阶振型能反映出井架的整体振动 ;通过瞬态动力分析得出 ,在动力载荷作用下 ,井架以前后振动为主 ,上下振动幅值小于前后振动幅值 ;通过稳定性分析得出的数据与现场数据吻合。但力学分析方法还需与实验方法结合 。
Based on the design featurs of A-shaped derrick (taking Model JJ300/43-A derrick as an example) and by using ANSYS5.4, the actual derrick structure is idealized as an assemble of space pthe element and space beamelement, thereby th e natural vibration characterishc, dynandc response and stability of the detrick are analyzed and caiculated. The result of the calculation can offer reference basis to designing and evaluating the load-carrying ability of the derrick. Mode analysis shows the low-order vibration pattern reveals the vibration status of the whole derrick. To obtain precise result of the derrick's load capacity, both the dynamic and static stability and behavior should be taken into consideraon.
