双作用抽油泵的研究应用

Application of double acting oil well p ump in Zhongyuan Oilfield.

研制的 70mm双作用抽油泵主要由泵筒、空心拉杆、上密封短节、上部进油阀、下部进油阀和柱塞等部件组成。这种泵采用两套进、出油阀 ,在一个往复冲程中完成两次吸液和两次排液动作 ,上下冲程都能出油。中原油田分公司第三采油厂卫城油矿WC5 8— 19井的现场应用表明 , 70mm单柱塞双作用抽油泵在不改变抽油机和抽油杆组合的情况下 ,比同泵径普通抽油泵理论排量增加 2 0 %～ 5 0 % ,系统效率比普通泵高 12 7%。

To realize large-displacement oil pumping in deep wells with small-diame ter subsurface pump,double acting subsurface pump is applied.The design feature, operating principle and working parameters of the pump are introduced.The applic ation of the pump in Zhongyuan Oilfield shows that the displacement of the pump is increased by 20%～50% and the efficiency of the pumping system is improved by 12.7% compared with that of the conventional subsurface pump.
