摘要
本文用异速增大方程对葛根素在大鼠、家兔、狗iv9 mg/kg的药代动力学参数与其体重的相关性进行分析,其中Vss,T1/2α,MRT和K_(10)的对数值与其体重的对数值呈显著线性相关。
The relationship between body weight and pharmacokinetic parameters of Puerarin 9 mg/kg iv in rats, rabbits anb dogs was analysed by using allom-etric equation. The results showed that the logarithms of Vss, Tl/2α, MRT and K10 were all linearly correlated to the logarithm of body weight.
