随着计划经济向市场经济转变,为增强企业发展后劲,必须加强燃气工程的造价控制。首先是从经济性、安全性、互换性为核心进行燃气工程的可行性研究,使决策阶段的投资估算能得到控制;在下设阶段择吉应正确处理好技术先进与经济适用的关系,进行限额设计:认真依法进行招投标与抓好工程实施阶段的造价控制,其中最有效的手段是技术与经济相结合。

Following the transition of the planned economy to the market oriented economy,the cost of gasprojects must be controlled in order to strengthen the vigor of development of enterprises.First,feasibilitystudies must be made for gas projects on economy,safety,and interchangeability in order to control the estimatedinvestment in the phase of decision making.During the design period,the relationship botween the technicaladvancement and economical applicability should be correctly handled and quota design should be exercised.As regards the bidding and execution period,the best means to control the cost of gas projects is the combinationof technologies and economy.
