摘要
针对油田蒸汽发生器供水系统电能居高不下的工况 ,通过对供水泵系统流程分析 ,进行了回流调节和变频调节锅炉需水量的能耗计算 ,并做了更换电动机的经济性分析。计算结果表明 ,供水泵系统是否节能除与负载对功率的要求有关外 ,还与电动机自身的功率损耗有关 ;工况不同其功率损耗不同 ;锅炉供水泵电动机在油田长期连续运行 ,企图简单地以更换电动机的方式来达到节能的目的是不可取的。变频调速节能效果显著 。
The steam-generator is a pivotal component in the system of heavy oil recovery, which needs quite a lot of energy. So it is of great importance to improve the efficiency of the steam-generator system. Considering that the consumption of the electric energy needed in the system of water-supplying pump of steam-generator is very high, this article analyzes the flow of the water-supplying pump, and calculates the energy-consumption for water supply of a boiler under the circumstances of flow adjustment and frequency conversion, and makes an economic analysis of replacing electromotor. The result implies that it has something to do with the power requirement of the load and with the wastage of electromotor's power whether the system of the water supply pump can save energy or not. Its power consumptions are different depending on its working state. It is not possible to reach the goal of energy-saving simply by the means of replacing electromotor, because the boiler water-supplying pump is continuously running in the oil field for a long period. Variable-frequency speed regulating method are recommended to use.
