目的 :通过与平片对比 ,探讨 CT在肺结核诊断中的价值。方法 :对比胸片、CT在肺结核诊断中与临床诊断的一致性。结果 :CT在肺结核的诊断、空洞的判定、肺结核的活动性判定等方面明显优于胸片。结论

Purpose To explore the value of CT diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis by comparing with the diagnostic results shown on the plain films. Methods Comparisons of the correspondency in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were made both between chest radiography and physicians' clinical diagnosis, and between CT diagnosis and physicians' clinical diagnosis. Results In the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and in the determination of cavum and of pulmonary tuberculosis activity, CT produced results superior to chest radiography. Conclusion CT examination facilitates the accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
