摘要
通过对32例支气管哮喘急性期患者血小板功能的测定,结果显示支气管哮喘急性期患者血小板粘附性(PAdT)与聚集性(PAgT)明显增高,与缓解期相比有明显差异(P<0.01),提示血小板功能异常与支气管哮喘的常规发病机理有关。
Platelet examinations were performed in 32 asthma patients and a control
group of 26 healthy subjects. It was found that the values of platelet adhesion test(PAdT ) and platelet aggregation test ( PAgT ) were markedly higher
than normal (P<0.01) during the attack of asthma, while at the stage of
remission, PAdT was still high (P<0.05 ) but PAgT was about normal ( p>
0.05). These results indicate that the functional change of platelets is rela-
ted to the pathogenesis of asthma, and hence the use of anticoagulants to
treat asthma attacks would be rational and beneficial.
