摘要
报告小儿颈部淋巴管瘤手术治疗17例,其中完全切除10例,大部份切除7例,获随访14例,无复发。提出本病应早期手术,对侵及重要血管,神经及腺体不能完全切除的肿瘤,残留囊壁涂以碘酒,可获长期治愈。
This paper reports 17 cases of lymphangioma of the neck in children. Tofal excision was performed in 10 cases and partial excision in the other 7 No recurrence occurred. Early operaion of lymphangioma is necessary because though a benign tumor, it is often complicated with infection and bleeding. To avoid damage of imporfant blood vessels and nerves, partial excision should be chosen. painting iodine tineture on the residual cystic walls after partial excision of the tumor can often help achieve a long term cure.
