摘要
目的 探讨万拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及副反应。方法 将60例老年抑郁症患者按随机法分为万拉法辛组和阿米替林组。用四级临床疗效和HAMD观察疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)观察副反应。结果 二者疗效相当,万拉法辛起效快于阿米替林,且副反应发生率及严重程度万拉法辛组显著少于阿米替林组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 万拉法辛具有疗效好,副反应少,安全性较好的优点,可作为治疗老年抑郁症的第一线药物使用。
Objective To study the effects and side effects of venlafaxine the elderly depressive patients. Methods A group of elderly depressive patients were treated with Venlafaxine and another group with Amitriptyline. Both were assessed with the clinical evaluation HAMD and less.Results Effects of both drugs were similar.The Venlafaxine had the effects more rapider with less side - effects than Amitriptyline( P < 0.01). Conclusion Venlafaxine has a better effect more safety and less side effects in elderly depressive patients.
