依那普利对原发性高血压糖耐量低减的影响

The effects of enalapril on impaired glucose tolerance in patients with essential hypertension

目的 了解依那普利对原发性高血压糖耐量低减的影响。 方法 37例原发性高血压伴糖耐量低减的患者 ,予依那普利降压治疗 3月后 ,测量治疗前后空腹血糖、血胰岛素 ,口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT) 2h血糖、血胰岛素 ,胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI) ,糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c) ,总胆固醇和甘油三酯等指标。 结果 治疗后OGTT 2h血糖和空腹血胰岛素显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,ISI升高 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 依那普利可改善原发性高血压病人的糖耐量低减。

Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril on impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Thirty-seven patients with essential hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance were treated with enalapril for 3 months.The following parameters were detected before and after treatment:fasting plasma sugar and insulin,OGTT 2 hours plasma sugar and insulin,insulin sensitivity index(ISI),HbA 1c,total cholesterol and triglyceride. Results OGTT 2 hours plasma sugar and fasting plasma insulin were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),ISI was raised after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusions Enalapril is effective to improve the situation of IGT in patients with essential hypertension.
