FK 506 accelerates functional recovery following repair of peripheral nerve injury

摘要 目的 探讨FK 5 0 6对大鼠坐骨神经横断伤修复后肢体功能恢复的影响。方法  45只SD大鼠高位切断坐骨神经后原位缝合 ,术后实验组 (2 5只 )用FK 5 0 6灌胃 ,对照组 (2 0只 )不给药。于术后第 1、2、3、5个月检测术肢比目鱼肌肌湿重恢复率、小腿三头肌肌力恢复率、坐骨神经功能指数及皮层体感诱发电位 (SEEP)的潜伏期。结果 实验组肢体功能恢复时间较对照组提前大约 2个月。结论 FK 5 0 Objective To investigate the effect of FK 506 on functional recovery following repair of peripheral nerve transection. Methods 45 Sprague Dawley rats were used in this study. The sciatic nerve was transected at the level of the hip and then sutured using a standard epineurial microsurgical technique. Oral administration of FK 506 (n = 25) was carried out at the experimental group,and no medication in the control group(n = 20) after the operation. Recovery rate of wet weight of soleus muscle, muscle strength recovery rate of triceps muscles of the calf, sciatic function index (SFI) and latent period of somato sensory evoked potentials (SSEP) were done at postoperative months 1, 2, 3, 5. Results Functional recovery time in FK 506 treated animals was earlier than that in control animals for about two months. Conclusion FK 506 may play a role of accelerating functional restoration after repair of nerve transection.
