云南省四县农村妇女艾滋病认知现状调查

A research of congnition and related factors on HIV/AIDS of rural women in four counties of Yunnan Province

为有效遏制HIV/AIDS在普通人群中的传播,探索农村普通居民感染艾滋病的危险因素,对云南省湄公河流域的泸西、开远、景洪和勐腊四个县的402名农村妇女进行了问卷调查,结果表明目标人群掌握HIV/AIDS知识有限,有待提高,态度和行为也不容乐观。提示我们要开展有针对性的综合性健康教育,不仅重视知识的传播,更要重视相关态度、行为的改变,最终达到提高普通人群预防控制艾滋病能力的目的。

rural women were investigated to explore the related risk factors on HIV/AIDS among thecommon group to prevent HIV/AIDS effectively around China. The findings showed that the knowledgeof HIV/AIDS among the targed people was limited and should be improved.The results of their attitudeand behavior on HIV/AIDS were not optimistic too.Some findings were seen benefit to prevent HIV/AIDS, but more suggested the negative effects. It indicates not only the spread of knowledge butchanging the related attitude and behavior in order to enhance the ability of controlling HIV/AIDSamong the common people.
