气相色谱法测定新装修旅店客房空气中几种有机毒物

摘要 目的 :研究一个能同时测定空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等有机毒物的检测方法 ,用以对新装修旅店客房有机毒物含量分析。方法 :采用气相色谱法 (FID检测器 ,FFAP柱 )测定旅店客房空气 10 8份。结果 :气相色谱法 (FID检测 ,FFAP柱 )能有效分离苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等有机毒物 ,方法的相对标准偏差在1.9%~ 6 .0 %之间 ,几种毒物的解吸效率均在 80 %以上。检测的 10 8份空气样品中 ,苯超标率 38.9% ,甲苯超标率 5 0 .0 % ,二甲苯超标率 13.9% ,乙酸乙酯检出 6份 ,含量范围在 3.2~ 18.0 m g/ m3之间 ,乙酸丁酯检出 14份 ,含量范围在 0 .6 3~7.8mg/ m3之间。结论 :该方法能同时测定空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等有机毒物 ,方法简单 ,易于操作。新装修的旅店客房空气中有机毒物含量较高。 Objective:To develop a method of determination of benzene,xylene,methylbenzene,ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in newly decorated guest rooms of hotels.Method:108 air samples of the newly decorated guest rooms of hotels were analysed by gas chromatography(FID detector,FFAP column).Result:Organic poisons such as benzene,xylene,methylbenzene,ethyl acetate and butyl acetate could be separated effectively by column FFAP,the ralative standard deviation of the method was 1.9%~6.0%,the desorption efficiency of the several poisons was over 80%.In the 108 air samples,38.9% samples were above the national standard of benzene,50.0% samples were of xylene and 13 9% were of methylbenzene.Ethyl acetate was detected in 6 samples,and its content was in the range of 3.2~18.0%mg/m^3,butyl acetate was detected in 14 samples,and its content was in the range of 0.63~7.8mg/m^3.Conclusion:This method was simple and easy to operate.The result of examination of 108 air samples showed that the levels of organic poisons in newly decorated guest rooms of hotels was quite high.
