辉县市人群死因死亡率和潜在生命、工作年数损失比较分析

COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS ON DEATH DUE TO INJURY AND POISONING,MORTALITY,YEARS OF POTENTIAL LIFE LOST(YPLL) AND WORKING YEARS OF POTENTIAL LIFE LOST(WYPLL) OF THE RESIDENTS IN HUIXIAN.

目的 :依据 1995～ 1999年疾病监测点死因资料 ,比较分析 2 0世纪末辉县市居民的病伤死因特点 ,评价辉县市居民的健康状况和各类疾病的危害性。方法 :采用死亡率、潜在寿命损失年数 (YPL L )和潜在工作损失年数 (WYPL L )等指标对辉县市居民病伤死因进行研究分析。结果 :5年期间各类死因的死亡率顺位依次为脑血管病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒居前四位 ;各类死因的 YPL L和 WYPL L顺位依次为损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病居前四位 ,可以认为这四类死因是不仅成为当前严重危害辉县市居民健康的主要问题 ,也是当地居民“早死”造成 YPL L和 WYPL L居民健康的主要原因。结论 :损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病已成为危害辉县市居民的主要死因 ,建议政府在制定防治规划时 ,应将工作重点依次转移到这四种疾病上。

Objective:To compare and analyze the characteristics of deaths and evaluate the healthy conditions and hazard of the diseases in Huixian according to the data of disease observation posts from 1995 to 1999.Methods:To study and analyze the deaths of the diseases,injury and poisoning by the indices of mortality,years of potential life lost(YPLL) and working years of potential life lost(WYPLL),etc.Results:In the past five years,deaths of cerebrovascular accidents,heart attack,malignant tumour,injury and poisoning were in turn on the top list in the order of mortality;In the order of YPLL and WYPLL,the deaths of injury and poisoning,malignant tumour,cerebrovascular accidents and heart attack were in turn on the top list.The result showed that malignant tumour,cerebrovascular accidents,heart attack,injury and poisoning not only endanger the residents health,but also lead to 'earlier death' of YPLL and WYPLL.Conclusion:Injury,poisoning,malignant tumour,cerebrovascular accidents and heart attack have done great harm to the residents in Huixian.So the government should pay attention to them.
