盐亭县28年传染病死亡分析

ANALYSIS OF DEATH DUE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN YANTING COUNTY DURING 1969 and 1997.

目的 :了解盐亭县 2 8年传染病死亡变化趋势及其对人群健康的危害。方法 :应用粗死亡率、潜在减寿年数(YPL L)、潜在工作损失年数 (WYPL L)、潜在价值损失年数 (VYPL L)等指标对盐亭县 196 9～ 1997年传染病死亡资料进行分析。结果 :2 8年传染病死亡呈逐年下降趋势 ,趋势 χ2检验差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;随着传染病死亡率的逐年下降 ,YPL L、 WYPL L、 VYPL L 等指标也呈下降趋势。结论 :传染病死亡对盐亭县居民的健康危害随着年代的后移而减轻。

Objective:To knowledge the epidemic trend for mortality of infectious diseases and health damage to inhabitants in Yanting county from 1969 to 1997.Methods:The surveillance data of death due to infectious diseases from 1969 to 1997 in Yanting county was analyzed by mortality rate,year of potential life loss(YPLL),work year of potential life loss(WYPLL) and valued year of potential life loss (VYPLL).Results:The mortality rate of infectious diseases had been declined from 119.28×10~ -5 to 15.14×10~ -5 during the past 28 years(Trend χ~2 test: P <0.001).The YPLL,WYPLL and VYPLL had been decreased parallelly with the declined of mortality rate of infectious diseases.Conclusion:The health damage of death due to infectious diseases for the inhabitants in Yanting had decreased during the past 28 years.
