糖尿病肾病干预研究的经济学分析

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF INTERVENTIONS FOR DIABETES NEPHROPATHY.

目的 :根据干预的经济影响将糖尿病干预研究分层 ,同时判断在经济学方面最有吸引力的糖尿病干预研究。方法 :进行文献复习 ,并对 17个大规模进行的糖尿病干预研究作了糖尿病肾病的成本和效益的经济学分析。结果 :1型糖尿病肾病干预为明显的成本 -效果 ,2型糖尿病肾病干预为可能的成本 -效果。结论 :糖尿病肾病的干预无论从经济方面还是医学方面讲都是有价值的。

Objective:To stratify interventions for diabetes according to their economic impact and the most economy impact and the most economically attractive interventions for diabetes is identified.Method:A review of the literature was conducted to select articles that performed a cost-benefit analysis for 17 widely practiced interventions for diabetes.Results:Nephropathy prevention in type 1 diabetes is clearly cost-effective interventions.Nephropathy prevention in type 2 diabetes is possibly cost-effective interventions.Conclusion:Nephropathy prevention in patients with diabetes are attractive from both a medical and an economic perspective.
