摘要
目的 :研究仙牌灵芝茶对化学性肝损伤是否具有保护作用 ,并探讨其可能的保护作用机制。方法 :采用 CCl4亚急性染毒来建立化学性肝损伤大鼠模型 ,并将灵芝茶以三个剂量 (1.6 5、 5 .0 0和 15 .0 0 g/ kg)经口灌胃给药 ,每天一次 ,连续 2 5 d,最后进行血常规、血清生化指标和肝脏组织病理学等项目检查以及体内肝细胞抗氧化实验和彗星实验。结果 :与对照组相比 ,高剂量组的 AL T活性显著降低 ,肝脏组织结构病理损害明显改善 ,肝脏 L PO水平显著降低和 GSH - Px活性明显升高 ,肝细胞彗星百分率和彗星尾长明显下降。结论 :仙牌灵芝茶对 CCl4 所致化学性肝损伤具有保护作用 ,其保护机制可能主要为 :清除自由基和抑制脂质过氧化作用 ,拮抗 DNA损伤、促进 DNA修复等。
Objective:To study whether Fairys Ganoderma tea(FGT) may have protective effect on chemical liver injury and explore its mechanism.Method:The rat model with subacute chemical liver injury induced by CCl 4 was established,and three FGT dose levels(1.65,5.00,15.00g/kg daily) had been given orally for 25 days,and on the end of the experiment,the blood routine,serum biochemical indicators and hepatic histomorphological analyses,and antiperoxidative effect of lipid,comet assay of FGT in vivo were investigated.Results:The serum ALT activity of FGT high dose group was significantly lower than that of model control group,and hepatic pathological injury was abated in some degree,the LPO level was significantly lower and the GSH-Px activity group was markedly higher,comets cell percentage and comets tail length of damaged hepatic cell were obviously reduced.Conclusion:FGT posses protective effects on CCl 4 liver injury,and FGT was likely to play the major roles in scavenging free radical,resisting lipid peroxidation,protecting DNA from damage and enhancing DNA repair.
