氯氧化二氧化硫废气制硫酸的物料与热量衡算

摘要 本文介绍“氯氧化SO_2废气制硫酸新工艺”的物料衡算和热量衡算方法及其结论。设定以每小时处理10000m^3SO_2 1%废气为基准,根据扩大试验的反应效果,按稳态过程进行计算。物料衡算表明,按以上气量及SO_2含量,烟气经本工艺处理后,其尾气中的SO_2仅为5.7kg/h,Cl_2(及HCl)为3.1kg/h,大大低于国家排放标准,同时每年可从烟气中回收70%硫酸4850吨。热量衡算表明,本工艺以烟气的显热和反应热完全可以偿反应中所消耗的热量并维持反应所要求的温度。 This paper describes the method and results in calculation of heat and materialbalance in new process for praparation of sulfric acid from oxidation of SO_2 in ex-haust gas by chlorine.According to the results in scale-up test,the calculation isbased on treating 10000m^3 per hour exhaust gas contain 1%SO_2 and on steady-stateapproximation.From the material balance,it is indicated that,after treatment of smoke gasdescribed as above,SO_2only 5.7kg/h and Cl_2(and HCl)3.1kg/h in tail gas which isfar low than national discharg standard,4850 ton 70% sulfuric acid can be annuallyrecovered from the gas.From the heat balance,the consuption of heat in the processcan be compensated by the sensible heat of smoke gas and reaction heat so that de-sired temperature can be maintained.It is proved that the process is run self-assis-tantly in energy.
