摘要 研究了 CD5 8、雌酮及孕酮对附植早期山羊子宫内膜淋巴细胞 (EML)体外活化作用的影响。结果表明 ,山羊红细胞源性 CD5 8(总玫瑰花结形成抑制率为 5 8.89% )能以剂量依赖方式促进妊娠 1 6、1 7及 2 0 d山羊 EML的体外活化。极低浓度的雌酮 (4 0 pg/m L)对妊娠 1 6d山羊 EML表现极显著的活化作用 ,对妊娠 1 7d山羊 EML只表现微弱的激活作用 ,对妊娠 2 0 d山羊 EML的激活作用不明显。生理水平的孕酮 (2 .5~ 1 0ng/m L)单独作用时 ,能以剂量依赖方式显著促进妊娠 2 0 d山羊 This study investigated the in vitro activation of goat endometrial lymphocyte(EML) in early implantation by CD58, estrone and progesterone. The results showed that CD58 (inhibitory rate of total E rosette formation is 58.89%) induced the in vitro activation of EML from uterus 16,17, and 20 days after pregnancy in a dose dependent manner, that estrone in extraordinarily low concentration (40 ng/mL) could significantly promote the in vitro activation of EML from uterus 16 days after pregnancy and slightly activated that from uterus 17 days after pregnancy and insignificantly affected that from uterus 20 days after pregnancy and that progesterone in physiological concentration (2.5~10 ng/mL) dose dependently presented a statistically significant activation in vitro to goat EML 20 days after pregnancy.
