家兔多次采血的血液成分分析

Analysis of Blood Elements in Rabbits after More Times Blood Drawn

20只健康家兔 ,在 4h内采血 8次 ,每次 2 m L,总采血量为 1 6m L,测定血液成分。结果表明 ,采血 1 0m L以后血液红细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积容量显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,采血 1 2 m L后白细胞数显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;血浆中谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶显著降低 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ,血浆尿素降低不明显(P>0 .0 5 ) ;随着采血次数的增加 ,血中淋巴细胞和嗜酸性细胞逐渐减少 ,嗜中性白细胞中分叶核细胞的比例显著增加 ,幼稚型细胞的比例显著减少 (P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1 )。

The results showed that RBC, Hb and PCV were significantly lower (P<0.01) after 10 mL blood was drawn. WBC was dropped obviously (P<0.01) after 12 mL blood was drawn. GOT, GPT and AKP activity in plasma were decreased markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). BUN content in plasma was not changed markedly (P>0.05). Lymphocty and acidophilic granulocyte were reduced gradually when drawn blood times increased. Giant neutrophil was increased obviously. And juvenile neutrophil was decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
