几种保鲜方法对秦美猕猴桃常温贮藏效果的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用 7种保鲜方法对秦美猕猴桃进行了常温贮藏研究 ,结果表明 ,固体保鲜剂和赤霉素浸果均可有效延缓呼吸 ,降低腐果率和失重率 ,延长贮藏期。在试验所涉及的范围内 ,以采用 40 μg/ g和 5 0 μg/ g的 GA3处理效果好 ,与对照相比 ,可使呼吸高峰推迟 1 4d到来 ,贮藏 45 d总损耗率分别较对照降低 73 .9%和72 .6% 。 In this paper, several methods were used to study the storage effects of 'Qinmei' in ordinary temperture. The results showed that solid preservative and GA\-3 can all put off respiration peak, put down rot fruit and weight loss fruit and prolong the time of storage efficiently.40μg/g GA\-3 and 50μg/g GA\-3 were benefit for the storage.The respiration peak can been put off for 14 days compared with CK, after 40 days storaged, the total wastage decreased 73.9% and 72.6%, and meanwhile maintained quality and flavor of fruit hardness.
