光合细菌处理高浓度黄泔水试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 研究了在分批实验条件下 ,4株经高浓度豆制品废水 (黄泔水 )富集、驯化后分离的光合细菌 (Rc1、Rc2、Rs1、Rs2 )处理黄泔水的工艺条件。探讨了环境条件如光照与黑暗、好氧与厌氧 ,以及本身废水浓度、废水酸碱度、光合细菌接种量和黄泔水不同的预处理对光合细菌处理高浓度豆制品有机废水效果的影响。结果表明 :在中性 pH环境、2 5~ 30℃、好氧光照条件下光合细菌对黄泔水去除效率最高。经过 96h的处理 ,可使预先经过 2 4h曝气的浓度为COD 2 5 82 0mg/L的黄泔水去除 98.7%。 The conditions of the technology, under which bean products wastewater had been treated with photosynthetic bacteria, were studied. The environmental conditions, such as illumination or darkness, aerobic or anaerobic environment, consistency and pH of the wastewater, quantity of inoculation and different pretreatments of the wastewater, which affected the results of the treatment, were discussed. The results showed: the optimum conditions for the photosynthetic bacteria to remove organic substances were middle pH, 25~30℃ of temperature, aerobic environment and illumination. The removal rate of COD from the wastewater with a COD consistency of 25 820 mg/L after treatment for 96 hours reached 98.7%.
