实验性甲状腺功能低下小鼠睾丸的组织学变化研究

STUDY ON HISTOLOGY CHANGE OF THE MOUSE'S TESTICL THAT THE EXPERIMENTAL THYROID'S FUNCTION IS LOWLY

研究低甲状态下小鼠睾丸组织结构的变化。结果表明 :随甲低时间的延长 ,实验组小鼠睾丸结构逐渐紧密 ,曲细精管管径及管壁厚度较对照组显著增大、增厚 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,各级生精细胞分化减缓 ,管腔中的精子滞留。由此推测 。

Studying the variety of the construction of mouse's testicle under the state of hypothyroidism. The results showed that the construction of testicle of mouse in experimental groups was gradually close, the diameter and the thickness of pipe wall of spematogeny was sensible larger, and thicker than ck (p<0.05), differenciation of spermatogenous cell in all levels decelerates, delay of the sperm in pipe cavity showed the sensible variety with the period of hypothyroidism extends. Therefore the thyroid's functional appearance can effect development of testicle tissue directly or indirectly.
