The extension of agricultural technology with public welfare is an important part in the extension of agricultural technology,which has a bearing on the advancement of China's agricultural modernization.In this paper,market nature of the agricultural technology extension with public welfare is analyzed,main forms and consequences of lacking market mechanism are revealed and the introduction of market mechanism is raised.This paper also discusses the fultillment of market in the extension of agricultural technology in order to accelerate the transformation of achievements of agricultural scientific research.
