On the Sector-oriented Upgrading of Hebei Provincial Manufaeturing Industry in Structure Optimization

本文在定量分析制造业结构升级的国际基本趋势和河北省制造业比较优势的基础上 ,提出河北省制造业结构优化升级的基本方向。首先 ,重点通过加速制造业的技术创新来推动制造业结构升级 ;其次 ,鼓励支持电子通讯等生产率和附加值高的高技术产业发展 ;第三 ,大力发展医药、食品、皮革等地方优势产业 ;第四 ,对冶金、建材等传统优势产业 ,通过调整产品结构 ,进行技术升级。

Internationally there have developed a tendency that manufacturing industry is going in for structure upgrading.And Hebei Province has established its comparative advantage in this industry.Based on a quantitative analysis of these situations,the article suggests a basic orientation for the province to conduct a structure upgrading in the industry.Discussed in the article are approaches to structure upgrading,the development of new sectors with comparative advantage,and the upgrading of traditional sectors with comparative advantage.
