摘要
部分坝段扬压力超限 ,是太平湾大坝存在的重大隐患。自 1995年开始 ,电站的管理部门先后采取了帷幕灌浆、扬压力观测孔扫孔、排水孔扫孔以及重新钻设扬压力观测孔等措施 ,力图解决这一问题 ,取得了一定的效果。文中对几年来的处理情况进行了总结 。
Excess lifting pressure of partial segments of the dam is the significant hidden troubles of Taipingwan Dam Beginning from the Year 1995,the management departments adopted early or late many measures,such as curtain grouting,lifting pressure observing holes sweeping,drainage holes sweeping and lifting pressure observing holes redrilling etc ,to endeavour solving this problem And some effects have been obtained This paper summarizes treatments for recent several years,and points out the measures having to be adopted afterwards
