摘要
本文将配制的高强度电瓷配料和普通电瓷配料制成坯样 ,分析其理化性能。对烧成的试样进行了强度、晶体光学、岩相学的对比研究。结果表明 ,高强瓷以刚玉、莫来石为主晶相 ,普通瓷以石英、莫来石为主晶相。高强瓷晶粒为尺寸细小、均匀程度高 。
The blanks for the general electric ceramics and high strengthened ceramics were prepared.The comparative analysis of their physical & chemical properties,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis using polarized light microscope were carried out.It is concluded that the main crystal phase is Corundum Mollite in high strengthened electric ceramics and Quartz mollite in general electric ceramics.On the other hand,it appears that crystal grains are evener and smaller,and less closed pore in high strength electric ceramics than ones in general electric ceramics.
