介绍西方工业国家设备维修的新思路和21世纪新兴起的基于风险的维修策略,还包括预测性维修、检测性维修及以可靠性为中心的维修和基于成本—效益的维修等新概念。具体阐述基于成本—效益维修的实施步骤,说明这是一种基于量化的维修决策方法。
This paper introduces new methodologies of apparatus maintenances in developed countries and the new con-cept of risk based maintenance currently applied in 21st century. In addition to prospective maintenance and detectivemaintenance, it describes reliability-centerial maintenance and cost-effective maintenance in detail, the latter is based onquantified analyses. And the paper gives its implemented procedures.
