摘要
阐述对电能质量污染监测、控制及治理等技术的有关要求,介绍常州地区对电能质量污染采取的监测与防范措施。分析当前加强对电能质量污染监测和治理的重要性与紧迫性。
This paper analyses the inspecting, controlling and preventing techniques against electric power contaminationand the corresponding requirements. The urgency and importance of decontaminating electric power quality pollution arepointed out in this paper. It also descibes inspecting and preventing measures on the power pollution in Changzhou.
