摘要 ZZ5 0 0 -LH - 10 2 0水轮机更换叶片后需进行静平衡试验 ,通过合理搭配叶片位置和附加配重 ,使水轮机重心与机组旋转中心线相重合 ,以消除水轮机的质量不平衡。针对轴流转桨式水轮机转轮的静平衡试验方案及试验的优化措施 ,将转轮个体静平衡试验 ,改进为转轮体与连接体的组合试验 ,通过其重心计算、球心重心距取值、灵敏度校验等的试验工艺过程 ,确保转轮残留不平衡力矩达到规程要求。 The static balance test should be made on the ZZ500-LH-1020 turbine after the change of its blade. By reasonably arranging the position of the blades and adding weight equalizer, we can superpose the turbine's gravity center on the rotation centerline of generating unit in order to remove the mass imbalance of the turbine. In view of the static balance test alternatives and its optimal measures of the runner of axial-flow Kaplan turbine, we change the individual static balance test of runner into the compound test of runner body and linking body. Through the adoption of test techniques such as the calculation of gravity center, the determination of the space of spherical center and gravity center and the check of sensitivity degree, it can ensure that the remained imbalance moment of runner can meet the requirements of specifications.
