摘要
葛洲坝水电厂共装有 18台 5 0 0kV高压断路器 ,鉴于目前SF6断路器液压机构存在的问题 ,为使设备安全运行 ,提出将FA4 - 5 5 0型断路器液压机构换型为LW6断路器的液压机构。通过对FA4 和LW6断路器液压机构的工作原理、技术参数的比较 ,论证了液压机构换型的可行性。换型后使备品配件国产化 ,能够保证设备安全可靠地运行。
high-voltage circuit breakers of 500 kV were equipped in the Gezhouba Power Plant. Due to the problems existed in the SF 6 circuit breaker at present, this paper puts forward the change of the hydraulic mechanism of FA 4-550 circuit breaker into that of LW 6 circuit breaker, in order to ensure the safe operation of equipment. Compared with the working principles and technical parameters of the hydraulic mechanisms of FA 4 and LW 6 circuit breakers, the feasibility of type change of hydraulic mechanism has been proved. After the completion of the type change, its standby spare parts can be made at home and can guarantee its safe and reliable operation.
