摘要
从寒冷地区水中建筑物的受力特点出发,总结了建筑物的受力特点,阐述了在一般工业与民用建筑设计中常被忽视的冰压力作用产生的原因及对建筑物的危害,冰压力的确定方法,通过具体工程失效的实例分析了失效的原因,进一步阐述了静冰压力的危害性.提出寒冷地区水中建筑物的设计冰压力是一项不可忽视的基本设计荷载,可能起控制作用,应从结构方案的选定开始,慎重考虑和对待,进而提出减少冰害的工程措施.
This paper summarizes the characteristics of structures standing i n water in cold regions,identifies the causes for ice pressure s often neglecte d suggests that750kPa should be adopted on pier and column alone,analyses t hrough a collapse example the cause for losing effectiveness and points out tha t ice pressure should be looded as a essential load,which should never be negle cted and it should be combined with other routine loads;and ice pressur e may b e a controlling load in determining the size of a column.
