牛精清抑制物含量及其与精液品质、年龄和季节之间的关系

BOVINE SEMINAL PLASMA INHIBITOR AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO SEMEN QUALITY, BULL AGE AND SEASONS

利用抗补体法测定成年公牛精清抑制物(BSPI)的含量,以研究BSPI与精液品质、公牛年龄和季节之间的关系。结果麦明,BSPI的平均含量为696±256单位(u)/ml(n=75),不同公牛存在明显的个体差异。BSPI含量与新鲜精液的精子活力无关。公牛射精量与BSPI含量呈负相关(r=-0.9163,P<0.05)。冬季BSPI含量明显高于夏季(P<0.001)。试验未发现公牛年龄和精子密度与BSPI含量之间的相关。

By means of Anti-complement Assay, the concentration ( C ) of bovine seminal plasma inhibitor ( BSPI)was measured to study its relationship to semen quality, bull age and seasons. The results showed that C of BSPI in the normal bulls was 696 ± 256 u/ml(n=75) , there was a significantly difference in the individual bull. C of BSPI was not related to sperm motility rate,but there was a negative correlation between C of BSPI and ejaculate volume ( r= -0-9163, P<0.05 ) . C of BSPI in winter ( December to February ) was obviously higher than that in summer ( July to September, P<0.001 ). There were no associations between C of BSPI and bull age and sperm concentration.
