智能交流接触器可靠性问题的分析

同步分断即电流零点分断控制技术是智能交流接触器的关键技术。影响同步分断的因素是极其复杂的。因此 ,在运行中有时未能实现真正的电流零点分断。本文通过对智能交流接触器分断全过程的失策、失效机理的分析 ,提出其失效的分布规律及提高同步分断可靠度的措施 。

Zero broken technology is the key technology of intelligent AC contactor. However, the influence factor of zero broken technology is very complex. In the operating, sometimes intelligent AC contactor can’t realize the current zero broken. In this paper, the AC contactor broken failure and the failing mechanism were analyzed. The distributing principle of zero broken failure and the methods to improve the reliability of zero broken had been put forward. The character parameter and operating reliability of intelligent AC contactor can be improved.
