摘要 分析和对比了采用试验室试验和现场调查两种方法来获取低压电器产品可靠性数据的优缺点。指出现场调查的数据较全面地反映产品实际运行的可靠性 ,并可供作产品可靠性设计和改进的主要依据。摘要介绍了美国AIEE和IEEE对电气设备现场调查结果中有关低压电器的可靠性数据 ;介绍了日本电气学会对电磁式接触器的现场调查结果以及三菱公司根据调查结果对S型电磁式接触器开展的可靠性试验研究和取得的成效。 The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of methods via test and field survey which are used to obtaining the reliability data of the products of low voltage electrical apparatus were analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the data of field survey are able to represent in an all round way the reliability of products in the practical operation, therefore the data can be provided as reference of product design. The reliability data of low vol tage electrical apparauts obtained on the basis of field survey of electrical equipments by U.S. AIEE and IEEE were introduced. The results of field survey of electromagnatic contactors conducted by Japan Electrical Society and Mitsubishi Company were also introduced.
