摘要
介绍汽车后视镜性能检测系统的控制要求和控制原理 ,利用PLC的A/D转换、数字量存储、运算、比较等控制功能通过硬件设计和软件编程 ,从而达到后视镜检测工序的控制要求。通过鉴定和生产实践证明 ,该系统不仅控制精度很高、控制性能稳定 。
In this paper, the control requirement and principle of development of car rearview mirror performance testing systems were introduced. The system takes advantage of control block with PLC A/D conversion, digital dumping, computing function to realize the sequence control for rearview mirror performance testing through proper hardwar configuration and PLC programming. The technical identification of the testing system has been passed, and the practical production indicates that it features high accuracy, stability, as well as operating reliability.
