摘要
在简要分析发生单相接地故障时系统基本特征的基础上 ,回顾了小电流系统单相接地保护在国内外研究发展的历史 ,系统分析了几种保护原理的特点 ,提出了尚需解决的问题 。
On the basis of analyzing the system characteristics for single phase to earth fault in the power system, the state of art of the fault protection in the networks with ungrounded neutral at home and abroad was reviewed and some principles about protection against single phase to earth were discussed.Finally, the problems,which should be solved in fault line selection and conclusion were presented.
