摘要
提出在单一化学交联吸油树脂中引入物理交联的设想 ,并采用悬浮聚合法合成了含部分物理交联和单一化学交联的高吸油聚丙烯酸酯。研究了聚合温度、反应时间以及引发剂、分散剂用量和交联剂形式及用量对树脂形态、凝胶分率和吸三氯乙烯、苯等的影响。
A concept of physical crosslinking was introduced into the research field of absorption resin which is traditionally synthesized only by chemical crosslinking. The acrylic high oil absorption resins including partially physical crosslinking and totally chemical crosslinking were prepared by the suspension polymerization. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the process were studied. The quantity of initiator, suspension agent, chemical and physical crosslinking agents on the resin's formation and properties were studied as well. It was found that the quantity of suspension agent was different with the kind and concentration of monomer. Oil absorbency of the high oil absorption resin decreased with the increasing of the amount of initiator and chemical crosslinking agents due to the restricted relaxation of the polymeric chain. On the contrary, with the increasing of the amount of physical crosslinking agents, oil absorbency increased. It demonstrated the relaxation effect of the physical crosslinking region on the properties of resins is much signizicantly.
