苯乙烯分散聚合工艺条件对转化率及微球尺寸的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以乙醇 /水混合液为分散介质 ,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮为稳定剂 ,研究了苯乙烯分散聚合过程中引发剂浓度、单体浓度及分散稳定剂用量对转化率和微球粒径及粒径分布的影响。实验表明 ,通过反应中期补加引发剂、后期升温的方法 ,可使聚合反应的转化率达到 90 %以上 ,微球粒径增大 。 The dispersion polymerization of styrene was carried out in alcohol/water medium using polyvinylpyrrolidone as a dispersion stabilizer and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The effects of initiator concentration, initial monomer concentration and the concentration of dispersion stabilizer on the conversion, the size and its distribution of polymer particles were studied. The results showed that the conversion was more than 90%, the size of polymer particles was enlarged by adding initiator again in the middle of the reaction process and rising temperature in the later.
