摘要 双水相生物反应体系将生物反应与产物分离集成为一体 ,解决了传统生物反应过程中产物和副产物抑制、产率低、分离工艺复杂、生物催化剂难以回收等问题。综述了双水相体系的多类生物反应及其影响因素 。 In aqueous two phase system (ATPs), the bioreaction is integrated with product seperation. So the problem in traditional bioreaction processes, such as products and byproduct inhibition, low yield, complicated seperation process, difficult recycle of biocatalyst, could be solved well. The advances in the aqueous two phase bioreaction system were reviewed in this paper.
