摘要
实验研究了直接法流化床合成甲基氯硅烷过程中反应温度对反应活性和二甲基二氯硅烷 (DDS)选择性的影响。研究结果表明 ,随着反应温度升高 ,催化反应的活性有所升高 ,但是 DDS的选择性逐渐降低。因此 ,该气 -固 -固催化反应有一个适宜的反应温度范围 (约 2 80~ 30 0℃ )。在较高温度下触体会失去活性 ,此时反应活性和 DDS选择性都会明显变差 ,再降低反应温度后失活的触体也不会恢复活性 。
The effect of reaction temperature on reaction activity and selectivity of dimethyl dichlorosilane (DDS) in direct synthesis process has been investigated experimentally. The experimental results showed that the reaction rate of this catalytic reaction increases with the increase of the reaction temperature, but the selectivity of DDS decreases in contrary to the reaction rate. Accordingly, that is an optimal range of reaction temperature for this G S S catalytic reaction (about 280-300℃). The contact masses will lose their activity at higher temperature, thus, reaction activity and selectivity of DDS become worse obviously. The deactivated contact masses will not recover their activity even when the reaction temperature decreases, because the influence of temperature flucturation is irreversible.
