Relationship between Solubilities of EPA Ester and DHA Ester in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide and their Capacity Factors in SFC

摘要 以二氧化碳为流动相,ODS柱为固定相,测定了二十碳五烯酸乙酯(EPA-EE)和二十二碳六烯酸乙酯(DHA-EE)的超临界流体色谱容量因子。从宏观热力学出发,研究了溶质的超临界流体色谱容量因子及其在超临界二氧化碳中溶解度的关系,并用实验数据对该热力学关系作了验证。 Capacity factors of Eicosapentaenoic Acid Ethyl Ester (EPA-EE) and Docosahexanoic Acid Ethyl Ester (DHA-EE) on C18 were determined by supercritical carbon dioxide chromatography at 8~21MPa and 313.15, 323.15 and 333.15K. Relationship between solubilities of solutes in supercritical carbon dioxide and their capacity factors in supercritical fluid chromatography was deduced on the basis of thermodynamics. It was proved that the relationship between the pressure and the logarithm of the product of solubilities and capacity factors is linear for EPA-EE and DHA-EE under the experimental conditions.
