间歇发酵螺孢菌产碱性果胶酶过程动力学研究 被引量:6

摘要 以自行筛选获得的螺孢菌ZG9901可以生产用于棉麻织品加工的碱性果胶酶。根据间歇发酵螺孢菌产碱性果胶酶过程菌体生长和孢子产生等规律,建立了螺孢菌ZG9901产碱性果胶酶过程动力学模型,并以摇瓶和发酵罐间隙发酵过程实验数据拟合了动力学模型参数。建立的模型同时考虑了菌丝体生长与孢子形成与产酶的关系和蛋白酶带来的产物失活。 The experimental and kinetic investigations of submerged fermentation and synthesis of alkaline pectinase by Spirillospora sp ZG9901 were carried out. Based on the experimental results in flask and 5L fermentor, a kinetic model of alkaline pectinase production considering the mycelium growth and spores formation was created. It suggested that the production of alkaline by Spirillospora sp ZG9901 contains two main periods. During the first step, both the mycelia and spores produce alkaline pectinase with little deactivation. During the second step, the deactivation of alkaline pectinase occurs because of the effect of environmental factors such as pH, temperature and protease while no new peactinase is produced because of the consumption of substrate and the feed back inhibition of product. The model parameters were correlated from the experimental data, and it makes the calculated results of the model in good agreement with the experimental ones.
